Accessibility
Noughty 90s Weekender will take place at Together Again Festival, and therefore will need to adhere to the overall accessibility process of Together Again.
We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all our visitors. That’s why we’re proud to support the Access Card Scheme, a nationally recognised system that simplifies access for visitors with additional needs.
Why This Change?
We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible and ensuring we understand and can effectively meet the diverse needs of our customers with disabilities. By working with Nimbus Disability and their recognised and award-winning Access Card Scheme, we can:
- Provide a more consistent and reliable way to assess and accommodate access requirements.
- Ensure our staff can provide appropriate support based on validated access needs.
- Help protect access provisions from potential misuse.
Our commitment to accessibility remains unchanged, and our friendly team is still here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance. For further support, please contact accessibility@thefestivalsgroupuk.com
Who is Nimbus Disability?
We've chosen to pass the registration scheme to the same organisation that runs the 'Access Card'. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people, and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
Don’t have an Access Card?
You can apply for one of 2 options:
Free Together Again Festival Digital Access Pass
You can submit a free application for a Digital Access Pass via Nimbus.
As part of the application, you will need to provide relevant evidence and a narrative about your access requirements, allowing Nimbus to allocate the appropriate symbols representing the barriers you face.
Once your application is approved, your Digital Access Pass will be valid for three years. You will receive a digital ID number.
You can use your Digital Access Pass ID Number to access facilities and make bookings with In It Together Festival.
Access Card
It costs just £15 for three years, you can choose to upgrade your free registration to a full Access Card through the application process.
You will receive a physical card in the post, which can be used as proof of access requirements and is recognised by thousands of venues and events across the UK and internationally.
The Access Card features symbols that discreetly highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you may need, such as level access, essential companion, or assistance with visual or auditory information.
Presenting your Access Card or its unique identification number can often reduce the need for repeated explanations and the submission of extensive personal documentation.
The Access Card can also work online with ticketing systems to unlock necessary access facilities.
When you register, Nimbus Disability will handle all your information securely and safely without us ever having cause to see the details behind why you need accessible seating and ticketing options.
Once you've registered, Nimbus will then provide you with a unique ID number on your Digital Access Pass or Access Card. If the +1 or +2 is allocated, you can use this to book Essential Companion tickets.
Apply now Here
If you are not able to use online forms and would be unable, because of the nature of your impairment, to access online sales, you are still requested to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone application on 0330 808 5108.

Accessibility FAQs
The Raised Viewing Platform has limited capacity and is allocated as part of the application process.
If your application is approved, your allocated facility will be reserved for you on the day of the event.
If your preferred facility reaches capacity, we'll contact you before the event to discuss suitable alternatives.
An Essential Companion ticket is available for customers who are unable to attend the festival safely or independently without support.
Your Essential Companion must be willing and able to assist with your access requirements throughout the event, including in the unlikely event of an emergency or evacuation.
If your Access Card or Together Again Festival Digital Access Pass includes the Essential Companion (+1) symbol, you'll be eligible for one complimentary Essential Companion ticket
The Accessible Campsite has limited capacity and is allocated as part of the application process
The accessible campsite is the campsite located closest to the festival. This area is for our attendees who struggle with walking distances and/or need electric hook up for medical needs.
If this facility reaches capacity, we’ll contact you before the event to discuss suitable alternatives.
The Accessible Car Park has limited capacity and is allocated as part of the application process
The Accessible Car Park is located next to the Accessible Campsite. If you have been granted access to the Accessible Campsite, you will have a space in the Accessible Car Park.
If this facility reaches capacity, we’ll contact you before the event to discuss suitable alternatives.
Accessible entry lanes are lanes reserved for those who have been granted this through the application process.
These tend to be shorter queues meaning less time standing in queues to get into the festival
The Accessible Toilet passes are claimed by completing the accessibility application.
Disabled toilets are located throughout the festival arena and are located next to the portaloo stations at the festival.
We do allow assistance dogs at this event.
We ask that the dog is appropriately trained and is controlled by the owner at all times.
This is a large scale festival and dogs are not usually permitted due to the scale of the festival and the risks that can be caused to the dog and other attendees.
