If you're attending as a group of 8 or more and one of you is celebrating a birthday on the day of the event, the birthday guest will receive a complimentary ticket to mark the occasion!

To claim, simply send us the birthday person’s name, your email address, the festival you're enquiring about, and let us know if your group plans to go VIP. We'll arrange for their free ticket to be issued.

Please note: The complimentary ticket is only valid with a confirmed group booking of 8 or more, and the birthday must fall on the day of the event. ID will be checked on arrival to verify eligibility.
