Local Resident Ballot Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in attending Noughty 90’s Festival Brighton.

This ballot is open exclusively to residents and businesses who live and operate locally to East Brighton Park.

Each Household can only enter the ballot once.

You will be required to provide proof of address and may be required to bring this with you to the festival gates in order for your entry to be valid.

Please note you can only enter the ballot once.

If you enter multiple times your entries will not be valid.

The deadline for entry is the 29th February.

You will be contacted no later than the 8th March if you have been successful or not.

By submitting this resident ballot entry form you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purpose of administering the ballot.

Your information will be securely stored and used solely for the intended purpose, and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
